J.P. BOYLE

J.P. Boyle is a member of CATALYST’s Attorneys General Advocacy team. Boyle is a veteran fundraiser, strategist, and organizational leader, brings more than twenty years of experience building and managing development operations, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and executing strategic engagement campaigns across the country.

At CATALYST, Boyle focusES on developing and executing strategies that help clients effectively engage with state Attorneys General and navigate the intricate decision-making processes within those offices. Catalyst’s Attorneys General Advocacy practice is one of only a few in the country specializing in direct outreach to state AGs, offering clients unparalleled insight and results.

Before joining CATALYST, Boyle spent four years as Development Director at the Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA), where he and his team set multiple organizational fundraising records through capacity building across all revenue line items. Over his career, Boyle has worked in senior advisory and leadership roles for numerous state and federal campaigns, including for Governor Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire and Congresswoman Lori Trahan of Massachusetts. His expertise spans strategic planning, fundraising management, donor engagement, and high-level relationship building across both political and nonprofit sectors.

Boyle was raised on the seacoast of New Hampshire and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Political Science. He currently resides in northern Virginia with his wife and son.
